Tomorrow I'll Wake Up and Scald Myself with Tea

One of the better time travel films I’ve seen in recent memory. A great comedy that doesn’t take itself too seriously even if Hitler does make a cameo, where the Nazi’s learn he was a bit of a dick (shock I know). I like seeing Nazi’s get killed and it’s always great to see. This film definitely has a charm to it, it has some of your classic tropes but even then they really work. Definitely something I’d watch again and again.

i had fun with this i did and i liked the rocket music soooo much but i feel that to be an effective satire you have to be more direct in the things you’re satirising, and this could’ve cut and pasted any other major world event with very little change in the actual content. also, most of my reasons for enjoying this were like “well it’s fun and original for the time” but actually this came way too late for me to give it that. i’ve seen many more interesting, smart, and original films from the preceding 40-odd years to this film. but it was fun. laughed
