Adaptated from the cult graphic novel, Rottentail is the story of geeky fertility researcher Peter Cotton who, when bitten by a mutant rabbit, transforms into a vengeance-seeking half-man/half-bunny. What's a boy to do? Why, take a hippity, hoppity trip home of course! Peter begins a bloody killing spree of revenge that culminates in his childhood hometown of Easter Falls.

Came for the Easter horror, stayed for the housewife of the pastor that says “praise jesus” while complaining about her rich liar grimy husband and then gets fucked by two girls and a guy in her hot tub
And also the YouTube level sound effects and at least 8 different fart sounds. God.

At a certain point, you've seen enough of these straight to DVD movies from no-name studios and nothing can surprise you anymore. Inside Rottentail is a fun, campy horror-comedy about a bunny man. Unfortunately, it's deep, deep down. What we have is a terribly unfunny movie that feels strongly like an Asylum movie. They try really hard to make the Rottentail character a wisecracking anti-hero dropping one-liners as he indiscriminately murders his way across town, but I don't think these writers know what a joke is. There is the occasional chuckle from the sleazy televangelist, but there is mostly just middle school students humor. You want to see a guy get thrown around by his massive erection? You want to watch a bunny man shit his pants? It's real bad. Also bad is the acting, all of the effects, the soundtrack, the story, the pacing, and the lighting. This movie is a total mess. It seems to get credit for how gory it is, but this isn't realistic gore; Rottentail is one of those "every human is stuffed almost to the point of busting with blood and any injury results in either a massive blood fountain or an explosion of blood that paints the entire wall with gallons of blood" movies. I think that they think it's funny, and it might be to the right audience, but it wasn't for me. I think this movie is for 12 year old boys who will sneak this out of the media cabinet and watch this in their room with the lights off at two in the morning after mom and dad have gone to sleep because one of the eighth graders told them this movie has tons of blood and tits. For anyone else, it's a childish F tier movie that you'll see on Tubi or something and scroll right by thinking "that sounds stupid" and you'd be right.
