When it comes to acting, I think Sarah Geronimo did a good job naman to portray an old lady, sana mas marami pa siyang movies where she can showcase both her acting and singing skills. But James Reid? That dude has been an actor here in the Philippines for years, and yet hindi pa rin siya makapag-Tagalog coherently, especially when his character is not even someone na may mixed blood.
For the characters itself, sa totoo lang hindi likeable si Fely. I don't sympathize with her struggle kasi una sa lahat, sobra naman niya i-baby yung pamilyadong anak niya, tapos sobra pa magsalita sa manugang. But maybe, this is how they show gaano ka-toxic minsan ang mga manugang here in the Philippines. Another thing, I guess na-weirduhan ako sa part na her grandson likes her, weird trope lang, but I mean sige maganda kasi yung younger version ni Fely so it made sense tapos di niya rin naman alam na lola niya yun. Also, I don't really get the age gap nila ni Bert kasi doon sa flashback, may anak na si Fely pero ang bata pa ni Bert, so like whaaat? Pwede niya na maging anak yun eh, pero bakit parang sa movie akala mo magka-age lang sila.
