This is bad in every way the acting the writing the effects are so bad but Some times it’s funny like when he is fighting the beat who looks really good the bad guys side Guys who say yeah and when the vendor runs a marathon to put sauerkraut on a customer who is running to get it’s horses this is bad Arnold can’t speak english you can’t understand him sometimes for me this is a 1 star
