I did not have fun watching this. This was like the polar opposite of the first where it was kinda boring at the start and then picked up and was a good time this one starts off pretty good and fun and is much more of a comedy but then it just keeps going and a lot of the “jokes” aren’t funny and also the entire point of what a CHUD is, is totally thrown out the window and now it’s just a zombie movie with goofs and jokes which… if I wanted that; Return of the living dead from the same era is right there.

Beyond the use of the CHUD acronym, this is a whole new thing that is entirely different from the original. This isn't a campy horror movie, this is a terrible comedy that isn't funny and can't even keep its own story straight. It's a very 80's shit movie that shares none of the same target audience as the first movie. Right off the bat, they named it Bud the CHUD and they have a whole song in the movie with that as the chorus. If the humor works for you, I could see liking it, but I found it painfully unfunny.
