Felt like seeing silent films, I feel like this was a tad too long for my liking. I totally think it would be enjoyable if I grew up in this era I could imagine going cinemas and everyone would be yapping about this film. It has very interesting and fun sequences, like the ship sinking makes me think they could have done an old Hollywood or silent titanic film. Gloria Swanson is wonderful, glamorous but she's just glamorous and rich in this it's a bit of a bore. Cecil B. DeMille is a great director though no doubt. Loved the lion and Babylon scene though

Zwischendurch sehe ich einen Stummfilm gern. Der hier ist wirklich gut, wenngleich vielleicht etwas lang. Für Fans von SUNSET BOULEVARD aber ein Muss, da man Gloria Swanson hier in ihrer Hochphase erlebt.
