Really really like the premise of this movie. It feels supernatural and I love time shenanigans in movies. I wish this one didn’t play hard and fast with the rules though.
Actually I wish there were only two timelines. I hate that it reset the week when Jack failed the first time. It lowers the stakes whether it means to or not because now I know that there’s always a chance he can try again. It also makes the rules of the time travel way more confusing. So by the time we get to the end of the movie, the twist doesn’t hit the same because who knows what was altered by Jack failing the first time. It would’ve been way more satisfying and tense if there was only the two timelines.
