I’m so obsessed with how cunty this film and all the characters are. Especially Zoe like wow, the gaggiest mean girl there ever was. The soundtrack for the film is top tier too, and the film as a whole is just more memorable than the first. Brigg’s is still final boy excellence and he and Derek definitely had something going on. Skye Rotter you are that girl! 

So excited to watch the third one and I can’t believe it’ll be the last omfg😭 we need a legacy sequel.

it really feels like i’m watching a halloween episode of a freeform show

i had given the 1st film in this trilogy a rewatch a while ago and today this film had suddenly crossed my mind and i wanted to give it a rewatch since these ones are such underrated films to the point where it’s highly impossible to find them anywhere online unless you own them on some type of dvd and so i obviously looked all over the web until i had finally came across the sequel in some not so great quality but it was still to a point where you could still make out the faces of the actors and actresses so i wasn’t really all that mad about it and after just finishing this one i’ve got to say that this one was still just as great as it was years ago when i had first seen it when mtv was airing all 3 of the films and i know they aren’t some type of masterpieces but im an individual who is a huge fanatic of slasher films so when it comes to these films im always gonna have a blast some way or another and what i loved about this trilogy is that they had such a likeable final girl where she had you actively rooting for her in all 3 while also feeling sorry for her because of how much she was put through with losing every individual that she was close with in all 3 of these films and that being at the hands of her psychotic father who you could tell had so much love for his daughter just showed it in such a sick and sadistic way thinking that it was some how going to have his daughter all over him but it was quite the complete opposite of that because she wanted nothing to do with that man and i don’t blame her because girl was constantly harassed simply because she was related to the bastard when she wasn’t responsible for her fathers sick actions but the public didn’t care for any of that and just put all the blame onto her and i’d like to now move onto the kills in this film and how they were ones that were extremely gruesome and bloody with the man just straight up murdering anyone who he just wasn’t pleased of or just individuals who did his daughter wrong like the man did not hold back even murdered the mother of his children simply because she kept blaming everything on his daughter and telling her how much she wished she never was conceived and can we also talk about how well the ending of this one is so perfectly set up for the 3rd film with us seeing at the end alex who is skyes sister just staring at the lifeless corpses of both her parents being murdered which in turn kind of flipped this switch on inside of her that she already had there from already suffering from mental issues but this entire incident just made it even worse for because now she has such a hatred for skye and blames her for the death of her parents but this is basically my review of this film and how i wish that so many more people talked about this whole trilogy of films because they truly are such fun and campy slasher films to sit through and watch especially if this genre of horror films are favorites.

A nice continued story with some good kills. It wasn’t as good as first, but I still enjoyed it. Some annoying characters got killed so that was a plus.
