It came around at the end but overall not for me. I think it might require a deeper understanding of Confucianism to get this that I just don’t have and don’t think I can really get without living in China.
Molly alone makes it worth at least one watch though.

This film is greatly crafted, it has very well written dialog and characters that feel real and the spiderweb of connections between all them seem realistic. It also has some beautiful shots and is overall very well made. I enjoyed this a lot.
