i haven’t watched a film in days and i’m going insane, i’m in greece and i don’t get time to do this was watched over the span of a day, like some last night and finished the rest the following day (time differences ehh)

but i love this movie so so much ! i just love all the plotholes literally so many paths in this movie, and whilst it seems like it would be confusing it really isn’t ! this is a piece of cake to watch, and i don’t understand the hate against it it is my comfort movie 😒😒 everything is so funny and everything is so daft, isn’t that what you’re supposed to get in a comedy ?? idc i love this film

mary and ted are the ones who should’ve ended up together, and i’m glad they did ! mary is genuinely one of the nicest people to walk this earth and ted is just the one for mary ! that scene in the bathroom though that was hilarious 😁😁😁 bad luck happens to ted whenever he is around mary, no no, bad luck happens to him wherever 😅😅

probably one of the biggest comforting movies if you get my flow, watching this was like a massive hug and i will definitely have to rewatch this soon, i was thinking this would be such a good film to watch after school because it is so relieving and an easy watch

i am over the moon that ted and mary got THEIR happy ending, because although brett seems like a decent dude, ted was by far the best out of all those scumbags who obsess over mary (don't blame them though she is a goddess 😅😅) warren even allowed allowed ted to touch his ear (that sounds weird but trust me if you watch this film it has more context behind it)

this film made me chuckle ALOT. i bought this in a charity shop along with 2 other dvds (mulholland drive omg that was such a rare find so lucky and breakfast at tiffany's) and my dad said i should watch this and it would probably have me burst out laughing and i said i doubt so because i don't burst out laughing in films, dad i take my word back because this film is really funny !! from the goon hair gel (iykyk), to magda going crazy along with her psychotic dog, honestly hilarious 😁😁😁

although i don't want to sound rude but mary looks like an entitled, spoilt girl, she is far from that ! she is so sweet, caring and genuine and her love for her brother makes me happy !!

a film like this doesn't need a long ass review like this so i am sorry but lots of things came to my head so i insisted, definitely recommend going in my favourites list now !!!!!

I watched the extended version of this movie and it is definitely the way to go. Although I haven't seen the theatrical version. This movie manages to be funny the whole time and it doesn't get boring. The zipper scene is hilarious and it just got better after that. I would definitely watch this again.

You know what I fuck with this. 

Yes the comedy is really outdated. Yes this feels very insensitive at times. Yet it’s all so absurd. The ridiculousness of every situation builds up this sense of absurdity which goes along well with how the film portrays men. I really didn’t expect to see this kind of commentary on men and creepy/stalker relationships but here we are. Cameron Diaz is fucking awesome in this and I’d argue that the real life context of the industry placing her to play ‘stereotypical pretty blondes’ adds to what the film is trying to convey. The men chasing her view her as a ‘stereotypical pretty blonde’. The one that got away thus every man around her feels like she is owed to them.
