What a film; Franco Nero, Corrine Clery, and David Hess all gave amazing performances in probably my favorite foreign film. In case y'all were wondering, this film is about a couple on a road trip, who pick up a hitch-hiker who turns out to be a psychopath. The legendary composer Ennio Morricone, famous for composing The Good, The Bad, The Ugly (1966), composed this film, and really heightened the fear of the couple with his amazing composition. Also, Franco Nero makes a VERY bad husband in this film.

If Foreign-language films were nominated for Acting awards at the Oscars® more often, the main actors would defenitly all have gotten nominated and Franco Nero definitely would've won. This was an excellent Italian thriller about a bickering couple (Franco Nero and the excellent Corinne Cléry) going on the ride of their lives when they pick up a Hitch Hiker (David Hess) who turns out to be a mentally deranged criminal. Ennio Morricone's scoring was also just amazing, I thought it was a great film.

And you make love with that gun don’t you? i bet every time you shoot you feel more virile, more manly. Entirely unforgiving and in your face italian sleaze, loved it.
