a lot of people hate this saga which breaks my heart cause i had SO much fun watching it and it’s so funny and i think the strawhats just really worked together well even if they were getting their asses beaten every five minutes. I just don’t understand how people think this is boring. And no joke luffy v eneru might’ve been one of my fave fights so far even if i did think it dragged on a bit it was SO good. I also cried to this, the whole noland bell shit had me sobbing. I’m also like done with the G-8 filler arc which is also very good!! pretty funny i’m ngl but not much to say

so why did the shandians have wings before they even got in the sky and then miraculously ended up in the clouds right next to a civilization that already had wings. I thought they evolved them at first while in the sky but they weren’t there for long enough for that to happened. Also I don’t think they can even fly so what’s the point in the first place either explain it or keep them wingless.

Idk that part really annoyed me but aside for that it was very cool, great story and every party is partially correct (except eneru of course) and i love the idea of luffy not being affected by lightning that is so cool.

This is a choppy mess and its funny that it goes to great length to explain made up steam physics but not the actual plot ( For the story they just skip to a new setting and gaslight you into thinking you missed something). 
Also its weird that no one ever gets laid. Noland and Kalgara were so in love it was a real enemies to lovers and yet zero kissing.

Love all the stuff with Noland and Luffy fighting Enel was awesome, but man is it long. This movie on the other hand is paced at an insane rate and just completely lacks pay offs for like half of the set ups in this arc. It is gorgeously animated though and functions very well as a recap or a way to revisit this arc with much more modern animation.
