Feels and looks like a short film you'd find on YouTube. The concept was okay but I don't think it really went anywhere, and the ending is standard horror movie stuff. Acting was also mid.

A fine little horror flick, but it doesn't quite feel like there's enough gas in the tank to get it to arrival somewhere more interesting than what we get in the first act. The "monster" is established, but then we never really get anything built or developed after that. I would have liked to see the effect develop and deepen throughout. I would have liked to see the medical examiner story mean something. Carruth is good in this, but it needs more.
