I am very sentimental towards this film as it's one of the first anime films I've ever seen. I believe this is the first time I've watched the English dub and I've gotta say it isn't very good 💀💀 Bean is ok but the rest of the cast isn't good, maybe that's just me being harsh as I try and watch media in its original language but I've definitely heard better English dubbed anime 😆 Watch the original Japanese version and you should have a great time, at around 45 minutes excluding the credits this is a very quick and palatable watch, at least if you like absurd action comedy anime.
