This is just straight nostalgia pumped directly into my veins and yes, Tobey Maguire is the best Spider-Man. Whoever thinks otherwise is wrong and should be exiled. The green goblin is so iconic and played so well by Willem Dafoe, it was a role crafted just for him. The story is great, the plot and progression are solid. I never felt bored at any point. It can feel a tad dated but still it is a 20+ year old movie. I do believe that this spider-man might be perfectly casted, every character fits. I love this film, will watch again.

9.4/10 still hits till this day. Watched it in hotel this morning and this is the best origin for Spider-Man we’ve got still till this day. I’m also a huge wrestling fan so every-time we get the Bone Saw sequence with Macho Man is so entertaining to watch. Spider-Man will always be my favorite superhero and I don’t care what you say but Spider-Man will forever be THE superhero.

I don't know why I took so long to watch this one, but this is a really good Spider-Man movie. This one just feels great to watch. I also think the villain in this one is great, he has his own powers, which makes it really cool. I'm definitely glad that I finally watched this one.

I love spiderman. And I stand by Toby being the best spiderman. It’s the perfect amount of early 2000s cheesiness at times, but also a really serious awesome story with well done characters. That said it’s also super nostalgic, and I feel like I have to curve how much I ACTUALLY liked the movie. Killed a lot of time cross training so thank you spiderman.

just sliding into my marvel phase, hopefully 😅 i need to watch more marvel films asap, because my disney membership is ending like at the end of september i think, and even though i watched this on dvd, i still need to watch the avengers movies like NOW, they are highly anticipated 😛

anyways this is a dream i would love to have, a public personality and then an alter ego would just be the coolest thing ever, call it euphoric if you will 😁 also swinging through the streets of new york would DEFINITELY be euphoric, give me some headphones with that and i’ll be unstoppable, all of a sudden my huge fear of spiders decreases the smallest bit and makes me wanna be bitten by some venomous spider

cozy, comfort, craziness, everything you can ask for in a film. i love how the fight scenes don’t drag on for ages and ages like some other action movies, just gets down to the dirt and the grit and i love that. heard good things about the second so will be watching soon, love this so much and please may i have this dream, just this one (esotsm reference ??)
