Incredible cinematography and it wasnt boring. But i couldn't connect emotionally, mainly because there are no real protagonists. At times, it felt like it was trying too hard to be intellectual or deep.
Definitely too experimental for me, but I respect and appreciate the effort.

A Letterboxd moderator deleted my review so I’m gonna write it again. First of all deleting a review shouldn’t be a thing on Letterboxd as it has as much as free speech as possible.
Saying that all of the villagers in this film are retarded is nothing racist it’s just the fact that these characters can be characterized as that.
They don’t accomplish to catch a buffalo for like 3 full days and then 2 or 3 of them even die because of their dumbness and their dumb ass buffalo traps.
I never said something like all natives in real life are dumb so I don’t understand the criticism.
I stand with my opinion and therefore I also don’t understand the high rating.
To characterize the characters as dumb was not my idea but the directors.
