It’s a great film that takes the first one and goes deeper into the relationships built while introducing new characters. It’s a shame we are having to wait for the 3rd instalment but good things come to those who wait I suppose.

Definitely enjoyed this more the second time round compared the first, and that isn’t to say the first was bad by any means. Just don’t think I appreciated it enough at the time.

It’s definitely better than the original but it’s still just not my favorite style. I especially loath the non-serious little quippy one liners that are always flying around. It’s always just a great way to ruin any sort of tension or suspense. I know it’s kind of the marvel thing to do that but this movie takes it to a whole new level like besides the end, any tense scene is always ruined by some corny ass joke and I hate it. I will give the movie props though, the ending was fire and yeah did get me a bit excited for the next one, I do love me a good cliffhanger. The sound design and score is also iconic which is crazy to say for such a modern movie. There are a lot of characters but they do a great job distinguishing themselves as different though some are annoying and dumb, like the guitar Spider-Man. I also thought the antagonists were way better in this one especially making a bad Spider-Man and spot is also cool too. In all I liked it but it’s still flawed a bit, I’d watch it again though.
