An emotional 90 minutes but unfortunately it doesn’t really feel like you’re watching a film but more or less three extra episodes they forgot to throw in at the end of the series. And confusing. Many of it doesn’t really make much sense and even though it might be emotional, the ending was kind of disappointing with nothing really to gain from it. Really juggling between a 3 and a 3 1/2.

What a phenomenal movie, I already was enjoying the show but this movie far surpassed any expectations I ever had. It was definitely confusing with the whole time to speed relativity bit, but once you understand it just makes it so much better. I also went in with no knowledge and that plot twist half way through had me shocked. The ending was perfect for both mai and sakuta, mainly because makinohara did have to go. My only complaint in this was teen makinohara, she was so damn annoying. Still a fantastic movie though
