April has a problem. Whenever she gets anything like passionate with a guy all sorts of things seem to spontaneously combust. The only men she meets more then once are firefighters. Actually, it's Mom's way of trying to keep her little girl to herself, but new boyfriend Andy is having none of such nonsense. So the heat's on. Unfortunately it's Fluffy the cat who keeps getting caught in the middle.

My lil parks and rec obssessed brain couldn't get over them being called April and Andy
Also them forgiving the mum for pretty much trying to kill them simply because she's her mum was the funniest ending to a film I've seen since "please fashion has changed"

i am also scream whispering “control! control! control!” to myself in the bathroom mirror on first dates.

this is not a good movie, but it made me laugh so hard. there are some truly legendary line reads in here. and it is obviously extremely unique. there’s also a good cat in it. if it had more heart i would’ve given it a higher rating! it was refreshing to watch this because i keep accidentally truly loving movies that i think are going to be bad fun. this one is bad fun! so fucking stupid <3
