Frenzy is a film that has confident direction, but has many flaws. I am convinced I could rewrite this script to 90 minutes; 116 minutes is a bit ridiculous for the story they're telling. IDK about the 1970s, but this film is hardly original by today's standards, and seems easy to think of. I also don't think the main guy was well-written, and I wasn't really rooting for him. The plot also just had a really uneven and unnatural flow. I don't hate this movie; it's not a bad movie by any means, but I will forget about it very soon.
