Kinda interesting, but also not really..
In one away I think it paints an intriguing portrait of Shanghai and it’s society through time.. It’s shot really well, I haven’t watched much from Jia Zhangke.. and it feels like I’m missing something, idk.. the stories didn’t captivate me, it also, kinda, makes Shanghai look like a shit-hole not gonna lie..
