“ah-tze let’s leave this place.”
”where do you want to go?”
“how about you?”
”i have no idea.”
i just came back from taiwan yesterday and i thought today i should watch a movie by a taiwanese director.
motorbiking through taipei, doing petty crimes, love hotels, running through night markets. part revenge plot, love story, coming of age drama, this movie avoids the clichés of satisfying conclusions, instead opting for the quiet frustration that comes with teenage rebellion and uncertainty.
