Better Days (2019)

A slightly above average chinese film that i enjoyed. There are some flaws but nothing crazy, the score is unnecessarily used to make the experience feel more emotional but it became annoying at some point.

And the emotional coldness of the students at the university was quite unrealistic, the most satisfying thing ab this film was one of the bullies dying. the film needed a more satisfying ending in my opinion.

The last scene, with them in broad daylight while he still walks behind her, protecting her as she protects the girl, is so meaningful. The love they have for each other is so pure.
