Despite catching me at the most cynical I’ve ever been about the point and artistry of cinema, or at the very least how cinema functions in our world, this film has reinvigorated my hope in this medium, what it has and can once again be - not just in terms of being a way to share ideas and perspectives, but as an important fixture in our communities.
