I definitely found this interesting, the time period and the artistic scene, Ken Russell being Ken Russell, and the character of Sophie especially. But I was rather turned off by the brashness of Henri, even though it's very purposeful and perhaps core to the film overall, so maybe that's what I need to figure out for myself when I eventually revisit it. As for now, definitely interesting, but didn't connect as well as I'd hope.
