The melodrama and cheap action effects of the Years of Lead have aged so poorly this reads more as an action comedy today; it's almost like it's a parody of itself. Especially the intro and ending. Both scenes are so ludicrous that I struggle to imagine a world where they were taken seriously. But in a good way I guess
