Stoic prison guard agrees to join prison transport, and inevitably leads to a shoot out, intense conjugal visits in a paddy wagon, and nonstop discussion about the freezing cold.
Interesting combination of Assault on Precinct 13 (the remake) and Cut Throat's Nine, but with little gore and preoccupied more with story mechanics than riveting us. First act is conventional, first half of second act is entertaining enough, last half of second act deflates everything, and third act is so-so. Good minimal action set pieces. Don't watch the film dubbed.
