while i do appreciate what this movie is saying it just wasn’t my cup of tea. but i have to say that it took me thirteen tries to find a fellini film i don’t like so that certainly says something about the man’s talent.

Poetico e visionario: le speranze dell’individuo contro la rumorosa società di massa e dello spettacolo
Se tutti facessimo un po’ di silenzio forse qualcosa potremmo capire.
Sono riuscito a finirlo uscendo dal loop che mi portava a riguardare all’infinito la clamorosa scena del ballo.

These last few Fellini movies have been a bit disappointing. It certainly feelsike he ran out of energy cause these just lack that Fellini spirit, they feel less genuine which is a shame. Would've been nice if he's went out better.
That's not to say this Is bad. It's fine. It's better than the last two, although I still like the ending to ginger and fred more. Roberto Benigni gives a solid performance and I liked the look of the movie, but again it just feels kinda lackluster compared to some of his other movies.
Still Fellini is a great director and it has been a pleasure watching his movies
