The trick to 80's hyper violent & hyper sexual OVAs is to ALWAYS watch them dubbed.
Really not much happens here, and what does happen isn't particularly engaging. The animation is nice per most hand drawn anime, the music is pretty solid, and as previously mentioned, the dub really ties it all together. The next to no nuance, lack of punctuation and copious swearing just makes them so endearing, and unintentionally(?) hilarious.
Realistically only watching this for the supposedly insane (and often banned) second part.
