absolutely devastated to hear that tom kane passed. powerpuff girls was the first ever show i remember watching. my parents put it on for me when i was a little baby, when i gained consciousness it became an obsession, even when i outgrew it id still visit it again from time to time. i probably have watched every episode 5+ times and im not even kidding. especially the older episodes, something about the animation and art style is so comforting to me. i didn’t have the greatest childhood but i always had this show and typing that out makes me want to just start sobbing lmao
professor utonium </3 the original girldad. i’ve yet to see a sweeter fictional father. tom kane brought so much life to him, i couldn’t imagine a more fitting voice. this is so sad but i used to pretend he was my dad when times were tough in my house and i bet im not the only one.

also, these girls are literal terrorists… no superhero movie could stress me out about infrastructure damage more than these literal toddlers. it even drove little me crazy, i’d always think about how many civilians they’ve probably killed LOL
