Jag gillar filmens idé med storyn men den är lite seg i vissa delar. Den är bra filmad så den får till väldigt snygga shots rätt ofta.

Alexis Martin sache que tu ruines mon film. Tu joues comme dans Les Parent alors que tu as le privilège d’être dans un film de Denis Villeneuve. 

On voit que c’est dans les débuts de Villeneuve parce que son style n’est pas peaufiné. Il y a des beaux plans cm lorsqu’ils arrivent dans le désert, mais c’est loin d’être un film à la hauteur des autres films de Villeneuve que j’ai pu voir.

Pretty good movie that honestly barely feels like an hour. Not a lot to say about it, it’s shot really well, the acting was fine and the plot was really basic but the vibes were good and it was pretty entertaining throughout

Denis Villeneuve’s debut film, ironically my final one, was not as bad as I thought it would be. It’s got a lot of similarities to Maelström, however it wasn’t narrated by a fish so clearly Villeneuve wasn’t thinking while making this. It was actually pretty interesting to my surprise, and had some nice cinematography throughout, however there are probably better ways to finish someone’s filmography.
