Long Distance
This movie was pretty good.
Pretty much everything was amazing apart from the characters, which really let this movie down.
The plot and pacing of this movie was absolutely on point, apart from the end where they made the whole thing about killing one of those alien things instead of actually thinking about getting out, which left it in quite an anti climactic way.
The different aliens throughout were very cool, I do personally prefer those types of aliens over the skinny green guys.
My main issue was the characters and one in particular, Naomi, I hated her character with a passion, throughout the first half of the movie all she did was complain and just came off really, really selfish.
Leonard was my favourite character by far as he felt the most human, even though he was literally a robot, the time at the end where he said he enjoyed their time together was the most emotion we got this whole movie.
I did enjoy the little heartfelt moment where he opened up about his past but it barely lasted long enough to actually convey his emotions to the audience.
I also despised the fact they opened up the romance pathway for them at the end, I was so routing against it as it didn’t feel like their characters at all.
Overall this movie was like 4⭐️ worthy, but the characters really let it down.

i love anthony ramos as an actor and he didn't disappoint in this movie, but overall it was highly boring and the plot armor was insane. the main alien creatures were sick though and i loved the design (makes me remember how much i dislike arachnids)
