Cool twist at the end, but kinda felt the movies was built backwards from that, beautiful cyberpunk aesthetic but mid pacing and a story that just didn't feel all that meaningful to me.

most of this movie i was rather bored. it seems like whoever wrote this thought they were writing a nuanced, anti-authoritarian, sweet guy. in reality he came off as pretentious at times and very dismissive.

despite that the third act was a pleasant surprise. there were many ways i could anticipate a movie like this to end but i truly didn't expect this one.
