i've said this in a review before but i don't care. THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN HEHEHEHEHE the dance scene between frank and chick is AWESOME and i love give me a band and my baby SO MUCH it's so cool and so joyful this movie is incredibly happy and goofy it makes me want to jump around in glee. one of those 3.5's that's better than a 4.0 if that makes sense. the wreck is a true friend. robert fosse lmao
watched this for my man jack lemmon, this is the 40th film of his i'm seeing! you know i need to talk about the seduction scene. ooooooohhh my god......... when he puts the cigarette in betty garrett's mouth... and so jack's room is filled with taxidermy right? betty says that he'll stuff her and hang her on his wall but my mind went to the idea of mr lemmon stuffing me with something else and got so hard i passed out (not actually, [which i think should be obvious? i think?] but i could not focus on the next scene. i was off on another planet.) maybe that's a little bit too much for letterboxd. jack lemmon singing yayyyyyy!!! proud owner of a jack lemmon album on vinyl here
