Another case of me not expecting much from a movie and being surprised by its quality. The emotional moments with Betty White and Billy Magnussen are actually emotional and not sappy, like I would've thought from a 2010s Hallmark movie. Then, the romantic subplot between Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sean Faris is good as well. I feel the chemistry between the two. It's always a pleasure to enjoy a movie way more than you think you would.
