❝We have to survive. We'll survive together.❞

I love a good zombie film, and though #Alive isn't as great as I remember it being, it's not bad, either. The pacing of the plot was a bit odd, but there was a lot of tension rather than action, which I liked, and Yoo Ah-in gave an excellent performance. I also think the setting of the majority of the film really helped to create a tense atmosphere, because being stuck in that tiny apartment made everything feel so claustrophobic and panic-inducing. Overall, it's a pretty good film, and worth giving a go if you like zombies.
→ slightly related note: i don't know why characters in zombie films have so much determination to stay alive, because if i was in joon-woo's shoes i would've thrown myself off the balcony the second the first zombie entered the apartment.
