If only Tennant and Shaw’s characters weren’t so unlikeable, there might’ve been a great film here. Gallo and Delpy are fun in their supporting roles, and there’s a fair bit of charm sprinkled throughout. Unfortunately, the story itself is lackluster, and the second half becomes increasingly frustrating—largely due to the poorly written leads.
