Unable to tell his story, the local sheriff embarks on a quest to uncover the roots of a gruesome crime. woah, this is definitely one of the bleakest films i’ve watched in a good while… really did not know what to expect here. Good stuff though, very very ominous and unnerving. Really love the way the structure reveals itself throughout.

I can’t believe I had never heard about this picture before. As someone who’s vehemently fond of the rusty yet oddly vibrant Americana ambience, this was a real treat. A bit of a hard watch, however that’s part of the neo-western essence.
