Who let them cook? That final battle was real MCU stuff, that shit made me feel like watching a mini Endgame. Not as tightly woven as the first one, and I think that's because the first half was mostly recap. That short period of time where Kim Tae-ri was the villain made me smitten with her all over again, she should play more villains.

Needless to say, a very very entertaining and unique movie to watch. It is honestly a pretty lengthy movie and can get really slow-paced at times, so it was hard to immerse myself into the story. The highlight is the cast, truly. I mean, with a cast like this, they could have the simplest/weirdest storyline and it probably could work. The acting was top-notch so huge points to them.

what a ride!!! some of the most fun stuff i've seen recently. so much unadulterated joy in watching the crazy time-travel shenanigans unfold and seeing wizards and aliens (technicallly there's wizards who are also aliens and aliens who are also robots but that's besides the point–) fight each other in goryeo and on trains and all that. maybe forever a hidden gem for those willing to put up with the sheer amount of insanity these movies provide, but i enjoyed them greatly!
