THEY WERE SUCH GIRL DADS. this was such a good watch. i LOVED the set designs sm it makes it feel like a cold october day so this will definitely be getting rewatched around halloween. wdym they removed the gay subtext from the movie I STILL SEE IT DAWG

i hate how this movie is going to make me despise most other vampire movies.

this film is elegant. it is beautiful. it has no other purpose than to tell a really good and interesting story, and it nails it.

the beginning of the movie is so strong, it immediately pulls you into louis's story. the performances were also perfect. brad pitt really did a great job playing the thoughtful and sad louis, and kirsten dunst as claudia genuinely terrified me. she was really impressive for someone her age. tom cruise in this film looks insanely different from his other movies, and his performance was absolutely great. he plays the role with so much energy and charm, i honestly wish he had more screen time.

overall, this movie had everything i look for; a great cast, a strong start, and amazing visuals. if you like gothic, emotional stories that aren't just full of blood and chaos, this movie is completely worth watching.
