saw this in theaters when it came out, couldn’t remember hardly anything that happened so I wanted to rewatch. now I remember why I forgot everything. it’s terrible.

It got worse and worse as it went along… midway through the movie it kind of turned into a comedy with how embarrassingly bad it is. The premise is… cool. You’ll find better acting in a low-budget indie film. And many other things better in said indie film.

The Swedish/ Luxembourgish accent from the mother wasn't even the worst thing about this movie.

Has anyone seen that movie with Jack Nicholson and Marlon Brando?

I could only imagine going to the beach at 6 years old and leaving the next day at 50….truly terrifying. Will never swim in fishless areas from here on out.
