Sex always gets in the way of friendships between men and women. At least, that's what Harry Burns believes. So when Harry meets Sally Albright and a deep friendship blossoms between them, Harry's determined not to let his attraction to Sally destroy it. But when a night of weakness ends in a morning of panic, can the pair avoid succumbing to Harry's fears by remaining friends and admitting they just might be the perfect match for each other?

heartwarming — i love the exploration of a lifelong relationship and the transitions between platonic and romantic love. was pleasantly smiling for pretty much the entire runtime :)
got me thinking a lot about the role that comfort plays in attraction and love
pleasantly surprised at how well this stood up to the hype — i was kinda expecting a letdown given just how much this movie is mentioned

This is a pretty historic movie review for me. For my fans who don’t already know, I got a puppy over the weekend. Her name is Roo, she’s a 5-6 months old rescue. Roo is a cuddly and loving girl and I am so glad I got to watch this as my first watch with her.
I have had When Harry Met Sally at the top of my list and absolutely adored it. Something about the comedic simplicity, the natural chemistry between the two, and of course the epitome of New York City romanticism were just exceptional.
This may quickly become a Christmas and New Years staple. So glad I got to watch with Roo right by my side
