Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi
Lil too dramatic and unnecessary arcs but well made. Didn’t feel the build up was enough for the ending. Also just got to that know Seema Pahwa is also a director!!
Why’d they have to bollywood-ify a script with so much potential TT

Ramprasad Ki Tehrvi
Helmed by a strong emsemble cast, Seema Pahwa’s Ramprasad Ki Thervi is a dyfunctional look at your typical middle class North Indian family. While I commend the direction and narrative, I was kind of upset we weren’t thrown more progressive or socially relevant subplots. The general tropes that were relied upon were rather average, compared to the powerhouse cast brought onto the project and the unique premise itself. There’s definately room to strength the narrative of this family drama. I must commned Supriya Pathak’s portrayal of the matriach; it came with true loss, emotional depth and glimmers of resilience (as you can tell from the ending).
