I had really high hopes for this movie because it genuinely looked so cute and promising, but it lowkey sucked 😭
There just wasn’t any real connection between the characters, and because of that, I couldn’t really connect to them as a viewer either. Everything felt kind of distant emotionally, which is a big problem for a movie like this.
I will say, the painting aspect was nice, and I’m glad it had a happy ending at least. But overall? It just didn’t do much for me.
