Is that supposed to be younger jon voight in the flashback to 1980? it looks absolutely terrible. They should’ve just casted another person. Same with Dennis Quaid. His skin is too smooth. Plus the lenses look really weird like the wide shot but they’re not. So why does Reagan have glasses as a kid? But I’ve never seen him with glasses? I was kinda looking forward to this movie. I thought it was gonna be a real biopic. Like Steve Jobs. The 2015 one because we don’t talk about the other one. Where it showed the real side. This movie is jobs(2013). Now we just need Steve Jobs (2015). Any time I hear someone say “well…” I always imagine Reagan’s voice. Idk why. Whether you like Reagan or not. You have to admit, this Movie is so boring. You’re kidding me, they’re saying Gerald Ford rigged the election? Why can’t they just admit Reagan lost. And everyone turning up the tv while he talks lmao. Oh man, I was really hoping I would see a reenactment of Reagan getting shot. Not off screen. What? Picking jellybeans determines your personality? This movie really sucks. How this made 30 million is beyond me. Still flopped but still. LMAO his mom sending him out to fight his bullies just for him to obviously loose a 3v1. Not the terrible Take Me Home, Country Road cover. We didn’t need to see the funeral footage. also, the Director was announced to direct this movie in 2016. I will admit Reagan was a pretty good looking guy with an insane hairline. It’s like George Lucas in that sense

Why were the intro credits straight out of a Call of Duty game? I didn’t know Reagan's assassination attempt was that early in his presidency. The B-story with the KGB and the Russians was a bit weird. I think they used the Russian storyline to boost Reagan. Overall, the movie was good, not Oscar-level but also not one of the worst movies of the year.
