**Fairy (2 & 3)
**No? They waste time?
**Fairy (1)
**But of course! It's their favourite pastime.

**I longed for the spell to work and change my life! Because a little girl's life is really boring.

**Anastasia
**What's happened to you?
**Peter
**I don't know. Maybe... Nothing's constant in life... except for boredom. Boredom. It has me caged, it's like being held in a vise.
*
**Anastasia
**Weren't we happy?
**Peter
**Yes! But now I'm no longer happy! I want to live. What you call happiness, keeps me from living.

Have no fear: a brother can't fail to recognise his sister.

Catherine Breillat and her trappings of female gender under patriarchy.
And, truly, men can't love women the way women can love other women – not under patriarchy; not born and groomed into misogyny as they are.

The last 10 minutes of this film are absolute garbage, but it's a pretty nice and enjoyable movie. I especially liked the atmosphere and even though I usually don't like French films, this one was okay.
