Ok first of all, where is Céline Sciamma finding these child actors. Are they mass producing talent in some French factory there or something?
Anyway, I'd been searching for this film for ages on literally every streaming service and illegal website on the face of the planet, but somehow completely skipped over clickview. Of course, that is where it was.
I'm genuinely so glad I found it eventually though, because this movie is so beautiful. Céline's films are like a whole genre themselves, and I love all of them. They just have this monotone vibe that feels so real and immersive.
The cinematography, acting, writing and directing is 10/10 (which I fully anticipated going in), and I'll definitely be rewatching in the future.

Also Jeanne was literally so cute I would have also risked exposing myself and fighting some rude boy who pushed her over!
