A really cinematic and touching documentary that captures emotion really well. As someone who isn’t transgender, I’m glad I watched it , it helped me better understand trans kids and their families.
I remember seeing Sasha on TV years ago, often criticized by right-wing people who blamed her mom for “forcing her to act like a girl.” So I’m really glad this film exists : to show that being trans isn’t about upbringing, and it’s definitely not a choice.
