As neat as it looked visually, (especially when the colour-gel lighting came out) I was spending the entire time wishing my patience wasn’t tested and begging for something that wasn’t as hollow.
This same director almost was the director for that trainwreck of a show The Idol before fucknut Scam Levinson took over. I was underwhelmed by this movie (still much better than that show she almost finished) but I will know Amy still would’ve done a better job The Idol than shithead Sam had she finished that up.
