laughably bad… like it’s almost pathetic. The editing is dog sh*t (90% of the time it cuts before the characters are done speaking), the action is slow, everything looks incredibly fake, and overall it’s just plain bad. when i read the concept i was intrigued and saw it had alright-ish reviews… but no this is bad, now im pissed, goodnight🤬

i mean even though the acting in this film wasn’t the absolute greatest and was giving very much porn level type of acting and plot wasn’t bringing anything new to the table because we’ve seen this exact one be done before in so many horror sci-fi 80s films i’d still say that was a decently made one in my own opinion it’s not one that i’d say became a new favorite but one that you could watch to pass some time i will say that the creature in this film felt very underused like the film felt more centered towards the 2 main protagonists which i know they’re the stars of this film but i would have love to see more of the creature in action like for example the kills in this one had blood splatter here and there but they could have had some very cool and creative kills be done with this creature which was a huge miss but one thing i will say that i liked would have to be the whole design and look of the said creature it was a unique and terrifying one especially those eerie big beady black eyes..

1982 | Aliens visiting Earth

A 16 year old J.J. Abrams co-composed the score for this. Yes. And you know what, it isn’t even half bad.

“Nightbeast” is a no-budget film without anything that even resembles a story or characters. But it’s got some nice home-made gore effects and a cool alien. Sure, none of that is actually great, but it’s very charming and cute.
